As adults, Open Water co-founders Nic Doucet and Jess Page realized that they had taken the clean waters and plastic-free beaches of their childhoods for granted. Now the planet is facing a future with more plastic than fish in our seas. Plastic bottled water is a huge part of the problem, so they set out to start a bottled water company that was different — and pioneered canned water. Open Water is the most sustainable alternative to plastic bottled water, offering ultra-purified still and sparkling waters that are packed in 100% recyclable aluminum bottles and cans.
