Eggnog Cream Cheese Frosting
A simple and delicious frosting that's perfect for spiced cookies or spice cake.
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz salted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip softened cream cheese and butter together. Whip in vanilla extract. Add half of the eggnog and powdered sugar and mix until blended. Slowly add the remaining eggnog and powdered sugar and mix until combined.
Serving size: 2 Tablespoons 140 calories, 8 g total fat, 25 mg cholesterol, 60 mg sodium, 18 g total carbohydrates and 1 g protein.
